Who We Are
Talon Integrator is a wire harness and cable assembly manufacturer based in Bidadi, on the Bengaluru–Mysuru industrial corridor. We build custom harnesses for automotive, aerospace and defence customers — from one-off prototypes to steady production volumes.
As a new plant, we’ve had the freedom to build it the way a modern factory should be built: connected machines, digital work instructions, real-time quality data and full traceability from raw wire to finished harness. Sustainability isn’t an add-on — it’s designed into our materials, processes and energy use.
Mission
- Support the shift to electric and connected vehicles with high-integrity battery, power and CAN-bus cable assemblies.
- Run a factory built on Industry 4.0 practice: machine-level quality data, digital work instructions and full lot traceability.
- Design waste out of the process: optimised cut lengths, segregated copper and plastic scrap for recycling, recyclable packaging, and a target of rooftop solar on the plant.
- Treat every employee, customer and supplier as a long-term partner.
