From Drawing to Dispatch
- Drawing & BOM Review — We review wire gauges, connectors, and routing to identify potential risks early.
- Cut, Strip & Mark — Automated machines cut wires to the required lengths, strip insulation, and mark each wire for easy identification.
- Crimp & Terminate — Terminals are crimped to specifications, with crimp height and pull-force checks to ensure reliable connections.
- Assemble on Board — Harnesses are arranged on fixture boards, routed, taped, sleeved, and labelled according to the design.
- 100% Testing — Every harness undergoes continuity and insulation testing to ensure electrical reliability and quality.
- Inspect & Pack — Final visual inspections, documentation, and protective packaging ensure safe delivery.

We take prototypes and low-volume orders as well as production runs.
Can you build from a sample instead of a drawing?
Yes — send a sample and we’ll reverse-engineer it into a drawing for your approval.
What is your typical lead time?
4 to 6 weeks for prototypes and an additional 4 weeks for production, depending on connector availability and production numbers.
Do you supply outside India?
Yes, we are set up for export orders.
